Brass vs Plastic

Ramtaps have replaced the common plastic cartridge with the Ramtaps Brass Cartridge, a Ramtaps innovation produced exclusively in Germany by Fluehs. The Brass Cartridge is fitted to our entire mixer range with the exception of Fiesta. This has been a principle step towards Ramtaps offering our customers complete peace of mind.

These new Brass Cartridges are not subject to the same distortion that is possible with regular plastic cartridges, as they are self-lubricating and have a higher degree of stability and temperature resistance.
